1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs the use of TargetAYS websites, applications, APIs, artificial intelligence tools, integrations, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
This Policy forms part of the TargetAYS Terms of Service.
By using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy.
TargetAYS may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where a user violates this Policy or creates a material risk to users, third parties, connected platforms, or the TargetAYS infrastructure.
2. General Requirement
You may use TargetAYS only for lawful, legitimate, and authorized business purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- your use of the Services complies with applicable laws;
- your advertising activities comply with relevant platform policies;
- you have the necessary rights and permissions for all submitted content;
- all information provided through the Services is accurate and not misleading;
- your campaigns do not harm users, third parties, or connected platforms.
3. Illegal Activities
You must not use the Services to create, support, promote, facilitate, or advertise:
- unlawful goods or services;
- criminal activity;
- fraud;
- identity theft;
- money laundering;
- tax evasion;
- bribery or corruption;
- trafficking;
- exploitation;
- sanctions evasion;
- any activity prohibited by applicable law.
TargetAYS may report suspected unlawful activity to competent authorities where required or permitted by law.
4. Fraud, Deception, and Misrepresentation
You must not use TargetAYS to:
- make false or misleading claims;
- impersonate another person, company, or organization;
- misrepresent business identity, qualifications, pricing, or availability;
- conceal the true nature of an offer;
- promote deceptive discounts or fabricated urgency;
- create fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements;
- mislead users about expected results;
- collect money under false pretenses;
- advertise counterfeit, stolen, or unlawfully obtained goods.
5. Phishing and Credential Theft
You must not use the Services to create or promote:
- phishing pages;
- fake login forms;
- credential collection schemes;
- account takeover attempts;
- fraudulent verification requests;
- deceptive password reset messages;
- malicious authentication flows;
- content designed to obtain access tokens or confidential credentials.
You must never request or store passwords for third-party advertising platforms through TargetAYS.
6. Spam and Unsolicited Communications
You must not use TargetAYS to facilitate:
- unsolicited bulk messaging;
- spam campaigns;
- deceptive lead generation;
- unlawful email marketing;
- mass messaging without appropriate consent;
- repeated unwanted contact;
- automated outreach that violates applicable law or platform policy.
Users are responsible for obtaining all required consents before contacting leads or customers.
7. Malware and Harmful Code
You must not upload, distribute, link to, or promote:
- malware;
- viruses;
- ransomware;
- spyware;
- keyloggers;
- malicious scripts;
- destructive code;
- botnets;
- command-and-control infrastructure;
- software designed to bypass security controls.
You must not use TargetAYS to compromise devices, accounts, networks, or services.
8. Unauthorized Access and Security Abuse
You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to TargetAYS;
- access another user's account without permission;
- probe, scan, or test systems without authorization;
- bypass authentication or access controls;
- evade rate limits;
- exploit vulnerabilities;
- interfere with service availability;
- conduct denial-of-service attacks;
- extract data through unauthorized scraping;
- reverse engineer protected components except where expressly permitted by law;
- use automated tools in a manner that degrades the Services.

9. Abuse of Advertising Platforms
You must not use TargetAYS to evade or circumvent the policies, controls, or enforcement systems of connected advertising platforms.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- creating replacement accounts to evade suspension;
- cloaking;
- deceptive redirects;
- hidden landing-page content;
- bypassing ad review systems;
- concealing restricted products or services;
- using unauthorized business assets;
- manipulating account identity;
- misrepresenting campaign ownership;
- using compromised advertising accounts;
- rotating domains to evade enforcement.
10. Restricted and Regulated Goods and Services
You must not use TargetAYS to advertise goods or services prohibited by applicable law or by the relevant advertising platform.
Depending on jurisdiction and platform rules, restricted categories may include:
- firearms and weapons;
- explosives;
- illegal drugs;
- controlled substances;
- counterfeit goods;
- stolen property;
- human organs;
- hazardous materials;
- unlicensed gambling;
- adult sexual services;
- tobacco and nicotine products;
- prescription medicines;
- financial products;
- cryptocurrency services;
- political advertising;
- alcohol;
- weight-loss products;
- surveillance technology.
Some regulated categories may be permitted only where the user has all necessary licenses, approvals, age controls, disclosures, and platform authorization.
TargetAYS may restrict categories even where they are lawful in a particular jurisdiction.
11. Harmful or Exploitative Content
You must not create, upload, promote, or distribute content that:
- exploits children;
- depicts or facilitates sexual abuse;
- promotes human trafficking;
- encourages self-harm;
- glorifies suicide;
- promotes eating disorders;
- facilitates violence;
- targets vulnerable persons for exploitation;
- encourages dangerous challenges;
- promotes abuse of people or animals.
Any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
12. Hate, Harassment, and Violence
You must not use TargetAYS to promote:
- hatred against protected groups;
- violent extremist organizations;
- terrorism;
- harassment;
- stalking;
- threats;
- intimidation;
- incitement to violence;
- dehumanizing content;
- targeted abuse.
You must not advertise on behalf of organizations or individuals prohibited by applicable law or platform policy.
13. Discrimination
You must not use the Services to unlawfully discriminate based on characteristics such as:
- race;
- ethnicity;
- nationality;
- religion;
- sex;
- gender;
- gender identity;
- sexual orientation;
- disability;
- age;
- family status;
- health status;
- other protected characteristics.
Users are responsible for ensuring that audience targeting complies with housing, employment, credit, education, and other anti-discrimination laws.
14. Political and Social Issue Advertising
Political, election-related, advocacy, and social issue advertising may be subject to special restrictions.
Where such advertising is supported, users must:
- comply with applicable election laws;
- complete all required platform authorizations;
- provide required disclaimers;
- disclose sponsorship;
- maintain required records;
- comply with geographic restrictions;
- avoid prohibited foreign interference.
TargetAYS may disable political advertising entirely or require prior approval.
15. Financial and Investment Claims
You must not use TargetAYS to promote:
- fraudulent investments;
- guaranteed financial returns;
- misleading profit claims;
- pyramid schemes;
- Ponzi schemes;
- unlicensed securities offerings;
- deceptive cryptocurrency promotions;
- predatory lending;
- unlawful credit repair;
- misleading debt relief.
Any financial advertising must comply with licensing, disclosure, and consumer protection requirements.
16. Health and Medical Claims
You must not use TargetAYS to make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated health claims.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- guaranteeing medical outcomes;
- promoting unsafe treatments;
- discouraging necessary medical care;
- misrepresenting scientific evidence;
- falsely claiming regulatory approval;
- targeting vulnerable users with deceptive health claims.
Users are responsible for complying with all advertising and regulatory requirements for medical, health, wellness, and pharmaceutical products.
17. Intellectual Property Violations
You must not upload, generate, publish, or promote content that infringes:
- copyright;
- trademarks;
- patents;
- trade secrets;
- design rights;
- publicity rights;
- other intellectual property rights.
You must have authorization to use all:
- logos;
- images;
- videos;
- music;
- text;
- product photographs;
- customer data;
- brand assets.
TargetAYS may remove content or suspend accounts in response to credible infringement complaints.
18. Privacy Violations
You must not use TargetAYS to:
- disclose Personal Data without authorization;
- publish private information;
- conduct doxxing;
- create unauthorized customer profiles;
- collect sensitive information unlawfully;
- use purchased lead lists without a lawful basis;
- track users without required notice or consent;
- upload data obtained through unlawful surveillance;
- target individuals using prohibited sensitive attributes.
Users are responsible for providing legally required privacy notices and obtaining consent where necessary.
19. Sensitive Personal Data
You must not submit unnecessary sensitive data to TargetAYS.
Sensitive data may include:
- government identification numbers;
- medical information;
- biometric data;
- precise geolocation;
- financial account credentials;
- sexual history;
- political opinions;
- religious beliefs;
- criminal records;
- passwords;
- private authentication tokens.
Where processing sensitive data is legally permitted and necessary, users must apply appropriate safeguards.
20. Misuse of Artificial Intelligence
You must not use TargetAYS AI features to:
- generate fraudulent claims;
- impersonate real persons deceptively;
- create malicious social engineering content;
- generate phishing material;
- produce instructions for criminal activity;
- create unlawful discriminatory campaigns;
- fabricate endorsements;
- generate deceptive evidence;
- automate harmful conduct;
- bypass platform safeguards.
Users remain responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated outputs before use.
21. Manipulation and Synthetic Content
You must not use TargetAYS to create or distribute deceptive synthetic content intended to mislead people about:
- real events;
- public statements;
- identity;
- product performance;
- official approvals;
- endorsements;
- election information;
- financial results.
Where required by law or platform policy, synthetic or AI-generated content must be clearly disclosed.
22. Minors
You must not knowingly target children in violation of applicable law or platform policy.
You must not:
- collect children's Personal Data without proper authorization;
- promote age-restricted products to minors;
- exploit children's inexperience;
- use manipulative commercial practices directed at children;
- create harmful or inappropriate advertisements for minors.
23. Platform Integrity
You must not use TargetAYS in a manner that:
- creates excessive infrastructure load;
- disrupts service for other users;
- manipulates usage metrics;
- creates fake accounts;
- abuses trials or promotional credits;
- resells unauthorized access;
- shares access beyond permitted plan limits;
- submits excessive automated requests;
- interferes with monitoring or logging.
24. API Use
Where TargetAYS provides API access, users must:
- keep API credentials secure;
- comply with documented rate limits;
- use the API only for authorized purposes;
- prevent unauthorized third-party access;
- avoid excessive or abusive requests;
- delete compromised credentials immediately.
Users must not:
- resell API access without written permission;
- scrape undocumented endpoints;
- use stolen or shared credentials;
- bypass usage limits;
- use the API to build a competing service in violation of applicable agreements.
25. Connected Accounts and Permissions
You may connect only advertising accounts, pages, business assets, and integrations that you are authorized to manage.
You must not:
- connect another person's account without permission;
- use compromised credentials;
- misrepresent ownership;
- retain access after authorization has been withdrawn;
- use TargetAYS to control business assets unlawfully.
26. Data Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted to TargetAYS.
You must not knowingly provide:
- false business information;
- fake contact details;
- misleading campaign objectives;
- fraudulent billing information;
- inaccurate ownership information;
- false authorization statements.
27. Monitoring and Enforcement
TargetAYS may monitor use of the Services to:
- maintain security;
- detect abuse;
- enforce this Policy;
- investigate complaints;
- comply with legal obligations;
- protect users and third parties.
Where reasonably necessary, TargetAYS may:
- remove content;
- block campaigns;
- restrict features;
- suspend integrations;
- revoke API access;
- suspend accounts;
- permanently terminate accounts;
- preserve relevant evidence;
- notify connected platforms;
- report unlawful conduct.
28. Immediate Suspension
TargetAYS may suspend access without prior notice where continued access may:
- cause harm;
- create a security risk;
- violate law;
- expose TargetAYS or third parties to liability;
- interfere with connected platforms;
- enable fraud;
- compromise user data;
- disrupt the Services.
Where appropriate, users may be given an opportunity to appeal.

TargetAYS may cooperate with:
- law enforcement;
- regulatory authorities;
- courts;
- advertising platforms;
- payment providers;
- infrastructure providers;
- rights holders.
Information may be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to prevent harm, fraud, or abuse.
